Great burger.  Kind and gracious employees. Restaurant has a wholesome and welcoming atmosphere.  Disregard any reviews less than 5 Stars. They are most likely a result of the writer's struggle with eternal damnation.

This place has hit rock bottom. Stopped for Ice cream, soft serve was sour, really bitter. The jimmies were stale. We called to alert them to the ice cream being sour. They could have cared less....

    DO NOT EAT HERE!

If you look at my previous review here, we loved it.

Came for lunch with a co-worker. Great burgers, fast lunch service, cooked perfectly with quality ingredients.  Brioche bun, crispy bacon, and a variety of cheeses. Burger prepared to order and served with homemade chips! Didn't have dessert because I was too full, but man they looked delicious!

    Definitely will be back!

I really had high hopes for this place. But I left extremely disappointed. We have a 2 month old and so we're still keeping her away from crowds. My wife and I are celebrating our 8th anniversary though, so we decided we would order take out and then eat it in our car.

Figuring we were not dining in, I decided I would call for our food ahead since we were planning on going to the drive in movies afterwards. I called 20 minutes prior to arrival. This was my first mistake. On the phone I was told it would be an HOUR wait. For two burgers and drinks. Seemed ridiculous but we had our mind set on these burgers so we decided to chance it even though the hour would make us risk being late to the movie hoping maybe they just give a more conservative time estimate for food called in.

I was wrong, and when I got there I saw why. Extremely disorganized. Didn't seem to be a lot of systems in place with people screaming across the restaurant asking where what goes. They WERE very fast to take my money, however. A big issue I noticed was the time it took to turn tables. I saw people sitting around waiting for food. What I thought were burgers. For close to 20-25 minutes. But what they were actually waiting on was simply ice cream! They really need to divide up jobs amongst the employees better. Needless to say I waited even LONGER than the hour I was told.

I suppose this would have been okay if my food was spectacular. It was not. I got the brisket burger special (cooked medium) with outlaw fries, and my wife got the farmhouse burger. She also got a root beer float. My burger was definitely not medium, and cooked well done. I suppose that happens when you are so busy, mostly since a customer who has waited so long is less likely to send it back, as was the case with me. The brisket and bbq sauce really did not have a lot of flavor to it as well. It was pretty dried out and looked nothing like the pictures online. My wife did not care for her farmhouse burger as well. We both said a bit better than fast food, but we would probably choose fast food over outlaw because of the wait. The fries were nothing to write home about as well. The portion of food was about the only positive I could mention. Though I did pay 15 dollars for my burger with the outlaw fry upgrade so the expectation was that I would get a lot of food to begin with. With that being said I didn't even finish it because with the lacking flavor didn't want to waste the calories.

All in all looks promising, but not worth it. Can't recommend AT ALL during any time where it may be potentially busy, and even on slower times I say proceed with caution as if you go by the hype this place has you may leave extremely disappointed.

P.S. we were late to the drive in and missed the first 20 minute of the movie over the wait too. Definitely kind of made for a disappointing anniversary after the subpar food that led to us being late. Definitely avoid if you have plans that are time sensitive.

Simply put - Excellent food, reasonable pricing, and the best shake I've ever had.
